Ultrasound/Echocardiogram
We use ultrasounds to capture images from the inside of your body. An echocardiogram is an ultrasound for your heart. These tests can help us monitor the pumping action and sound waves coming from your heart and to evaluate blood flow.
A stress test, also called an exercise stress test, shows how your heart works during physical activity. Because exercise makes your heart pump harder and faster, an exercise stress test can reveal problems with blood flow within your heart. A stress test usually involves walking on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike your heart rhythm, blood pressure and breathing are monitored.
Known as an electrocardiogram, EKGs are used to record the electrical activity of your heart. We use patches attached to your chest, arms, and legs to monitor your heart efficiently. EKGs can be a part of a physical exam or a test for heart disease.
We offer a full-service laboratory to store results for any kind of tests including strep, flu, and urinalysis. Our laboratory tests also have the capability to perform tests for diabetes, disease, thyroid, kidney and liver disease, and more.
Allergy Testing and Services
Our team performs allergy skin tests to expose you to allergy-causing substances. We will then monitor your skin to watch for any signs of an allergic reaction. This helps us to confirm whether or not there are substances that you breathe, touch, or eat that cause you to have a reaction. We will then work with you to develop an allergy treatment plan that could include medications, avoidance, or allergy shots.
We use venous dopplers as a non-invasive way to monitor the blood flow of your body through the veins. This is commonly used to help search for blood clots and does not use radiation. This procedure is safe and painless!
Bone Density Scan
Bone density cans are used to create photos of the inside of your body to measure bone loss. X-ray technology is also used through a noninvasive method to diagnose and treat medical conditions. Bone density scans are usually needed for the lower spine and hips.
